A pre-treatment estimate gives you the approximate cost of treatment. Upon request, we will file all the necessary paperwork with your insurance company before any treatment is done. While this may delay your treatment while you wait for a response from your insurance provider, you will know what (if any) out-of-pocket costs you will be required to cover.

We follow the Alberta fee guide, and we do our very best to provide an accurate estate of your insurance discounts for treatment. Please note that for certain procedures, you will be required to pay for the remaining portion of your treatment.
